NOTE: Janauary 2005 all Adverse Events for Medical Intervetnion-A protocols are required to be submitted via the Advese Events Reporting System. Other format submissions will be returned.

• Meeting Dates and Submission Deadlines.
  • Committee A-1, second Thursday of each month
  • Committee A-2, third Friday

Material for Committee review must be submitted by 4:00pm two weeks prior to the meeting date. Due to holidays and other circumstances, exceptions do occur.
