OTT - Partnering with Temple

The Office of Technology Transfer (OTT) actively seeks partnerships with companies to commercialize Temple-owned inventions. Rights to commercialize an invention are negotiated and granted through a royalty-bearing licensing agreement managed by OTT. Companies interested in exploring Temple's licensing opportunities can visit the iBridge Network or contact us to identify relevant opportunities.

Companies looking to explore partnerships outside of those available through OTT can contact the newly established Office of Strategic Initiatives and Corporate Partnerships (OSI). OSI can help your company with the following:

• Assess ongoing research activities
• Identify specific faculty research or equipment
• Define an engineering problem for a research group, faculty member, or student project
• Collaborate or fund research
• Connect alumni interested in supporting Temple relationships with companies
• Be more involved with new technology disclosures managed by OTT
• Join the Temple network to receive information on possible proposal collaborations, campus events, technical speakers, and other opportunities
