The Steering Committee includes 16 faculty and staff. The full committee meets 3 times a year; the executive committee meets monthly.

The Advisory Board is chaired by Sandra Harmon-Weiss, MD, and includes 25 researchers, administrators, and community leaders. The Advisory Board meets annually; there are sub-committees for philanthropy and for research and infrastructure.
